Pavel Ezekiev is co-founder and General Partner of NEVEQ Capital Partners, an investment manager for two European institutional venture capital funds. At NEVEQ, he invested and made successful exits in early stage enterprise software, internet infrastructure and consumer verticals in Eastern Europe, LatAm and India. He was co-founder and Chairman of Sofica Group, a customer management provider with over 1,000 employees, acquired by NASDAQ-listed TeleTech. Pavel spent half of his career at Deutsche Bank, where he served as a founder and Chief Country Officer of DB Bulgaria and as a banker at DB’s London-based aerospace and defense investment banking team. In 2002-2004 he managed IBA, the inward investment body of the Bulgarian government, where his team generated over 10,000 new jobs in IT services, automotive parts and general industry. He started his career as a financial analyst at Microsoft in Redmond, WA, after a obtaining a finance degree with honors at Northeastern University. Pavel serves as Trustee at the American University in Bulgaria and holds several professional distinctions. He is also an investor and a board member at EnduroSat, a space infrastructure provider and CannabiTech, an Israeli provider of compliance technology for the medical marijuana industry. He lived in Europe, LatAm, US and Africa and speaks five languages.
